Claire Wildenhues founded her studio in 2019. The practice emerged from a background in product design, guided by a growing interest in shaping not just objects but the spaces that surround them.
The practice has been developing individual spatial concepts across a variety of scales and sectors. This includes private residential projects, retail and hospitality interiors, corporate spaces, as well as scenographic exhibition design. Furniture plays a central role throughout the work, with pieces designed specifically for the space or context they inhabit.
Each project is treated uniquely, integrating past experience with a fresh perspective to meet specific client requirements. Close collaboration with clients defines the working method, allowing each project to take shape as its own individual space. The work is defined by a rigorous approach to balancing functionality and aesthetics. Committed to the integrity of the original design, the studio's scope spans from the initial concept through all developmental stages to the final implementation on site, ensuring that the design intent is maintained.
