Juliane

A private kitchen built from standalone modules that fill the gaps between an existing stove and sink. Everything is made from oiled beech plywood, keeping the material warm and matte. Each cabinet works as a piece of furniture on its own, while hiding a different function behind the identical fronts. One holds the washing machine, another spices and cutlery, a third plates and everyday tableware. Built module by module around what was already there.
