40 glasses were created as part of the first Mono Residency. A mentorship programme initiated by Mono together with German Design Graduates, marking the 40th anniversary of the Mono teapot by Tassilo von Grolman.

The project turns Mono tea cups into sparkling wine glasses. Twisted wires wrap around the elongated glass vessels like young branches, each finding its own path.While the Mono teapot has stayed unchanged for four decades, no two of these glasses are alike. Each one follows its own direction.
